Ordering & Indexing

What happens behind the scenes: Ordering and Indexing the documents.

Often the hardest part is getting started. Our indexing service can help by boxing, alphabetizing, bar-coding and indexing all of your files and entering them into the system. Our experienced personnel expedite the job and keep your staff free to focus on their work. 

Pick Up Workflow:

  • Customer requests pickup of items
  • Pickup workorder is created
  • Pick up is scheduled
  • Pick up items are barcoded, scanned and receipt delivered to the customer
  • Items indexed
  • Scanned to the barcoded shelf location

We kept files in a large Storage Box. The size of a single storage box is 15"*12"*10". Its Capacity is 4 Box Files/ 15 Spring Files.
