The FSRMS offsite document delivery times are as follows:-
- Standard delivery – files can be delivered within 24 hours.
- Express delivery – files can be delivered within 4 hours (depending on location).
- Scanned and emailed – documents can be scanned and emailed within 2 hours (security checks are done).
- Faxed or telephonic requests – documents can be faxedor information can be given telephonically within 2 hours (security checks are done).
Powerful record management technology
Integrated with our powerful records management software, our barcode tracking technology provides a fully automated system which allows each work order to be precisely tracked from the time of the initial client request until they are safely delivered or returned to storage.
We assign barcode labels to all retention items designated for storage within our records center which includes:
- Location
- Box
- File
Specific data pertaining to location with level description, box description and the file description with the content of the documents inside the file is associated with each barcode and entered into our tracking system. This provides a complete audit trail for your offsite inventory and allows for the quick retrieval of cartons at the time of request.
